If you are not 100% happy with your Cobra Luxe hair accessory within 7 days of delivery, you can return it for a refund or product exchange.

We appreciate any feedback you can give, so including a short note with your return outlining the reason for the return would be helpful.

How to make a return

Just advise us by email that you wish to return an item, so that we can keep track of the return.

Please include a copy of your invoice or your customer details and return to:

We recommend you retain recorded proof of postage, just in case the parcel goes astray.  Please note that goods are returned at your own expense.

Once received, we will process your credit or exchange within 2 business days and notify you to confirm your return has been processed.
